About the Speaker: Benny Se Teo
Chef Benny, is the founder and chief creative officer at Eighteen Chefs, a social enterprise that hires youths at risk and ex-offenders. The self-taught chef extraordinaire became is Channel News Asia’s Asian of the Year (2011). Under Benny’s notable leadership, Eighteen Chefs was awarded the President’s Challenge Social enterprise of the year (2012) and the Best Chain Restaurant by RAS Epicurean Award in 2015.
